Toward the beginning of February I was contacted by Sterling Homes who built the house in Myrtle Beach for Extreme Makeover. They told me that they have been invited back along with about 6 other former Makeover builders to participate in a special project for the season finale... and they asked me [drum roll please] if I would be interested in shooting the project for the builders..! I told them that I needed to let me think about it for.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME..!!! I said yes before he even got the question asked..!!!!! I told them that since there will be two build sites that I really needed to bring someone with me to help me cover both locations and they agreed, so one of my best friends and fellow photographer Cesar Palacio will be going with me.
Stay tuned for more details as to where this special project will take place (Extreme Makeover likes to keep it a secret right up to when they do the "door knock", and yes it really is a surprise to the family). I can tell you that you need to keep an eye on this blog starting this coming Thursday for coverage of the project. I'll be posting a diary of sorts along with photos, so that you can all keep up with the progress of the project.
